    Enquiry

    You describe the work, the stage you have reached and your deadline. We reply with the next practical step — not a quote you did not ask for.

  2. 02

    Scope

    We agree what is being done, by when and for how much, against a specific version of our terms. Once accepted, that version is fixed.

  3. 03

    Delivery

    Work moves through named stages. You can see which stage it is in, who owns the next action and when it is due.

  4. 04

    Review

    A second researcher checks the work against written criteria. Never the person who wrote it.

  5. 05

    Release

    A document reaches you only when someone releases it deliberately. Payments count once verified, so your balance is never a guess.
