These terms and your quote
These terms apply to research support Liora Research provides from Accra, Ghana. Each piece of work is described in a written quote. If an accepted quote cites its own terms, those terms govern that work where they differ from this page.
What we do, and what we do not
We support your research: shaping proposals, analysing data, reviewing and improving chapters, and helping you respond to your supervisor. We do not ghostwrite. The argument, the decisions and the defence of your work stay yours, and you are responsible for following your institution’s rules on how outside support may be used and acknowledged.
Quotes
- A quote sets out the scope, the deliverables, the price and the payment plan. It is valid until the expiry date shown on it.
- Work starts only after you accept the quote and we record your acceptance.
- Work outside the accepted scope needs a new or revised quote before we begin it.
Payments
- You pay in the stages set out in your quote. The first instalment is due before work begins.
- We confirm each payment against its evidence and then issue a receipt, which you can see and print in your portal.
- If a deadline cannot be met properly, we tell you before taking the work rather than after taking payment.
Delivery and quality review
Every document is checked by our quality review before it is released to you through your portal. Released documents stay available there. Feedback and replacement material you send through the portal is recorded against your project.
Refunds
If you ask for a refund, we review it against the work already done and the payments received, tell you the decision in writing, and return any agreed amount by the method you paid with where possible. If you pay more than a quote’s value, we contact you to return the difference.
Confidentiality
Your project details, documents and data are used only to deliver your work and are handled as described in our privacy notice.
Questions and disagreements
Raise any concern through our enquiry form or your portal, and we will respond in writing. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
